Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the 2PAC Official Store; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed or your exchange items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
